General Information

The tuition fee includes:

Books and stationary
All tuition costs in the New Zealand School Curriculum
GST (Goods and service tax)
Government Levy for International Students

The tuition fee does not include:

Uniforms and electronic devices
Specialised music tuition and associated costs
Costs associated with any extra-curricular activities: such as sports, camps, trips, after school activities
Consumable materials used in subjects such as Year 7-10 Technology subjects
Specialist assessment if required
Any specialist teaching required other than standard provision for English as an additional language
Any extra support to help learning progress that comes from identified learning needs will be charged only after discussion with the parents
NZ school dental and health services
Entry into academic competitions

Homestay / Student Care

Students from age 5-9 must live with a family member. Students from age 10 upwards can be placed with a host family where all meals will be provided plus transport to and from Aidanfield Christian School. We will appoint a student care provider to ensure that excellent care and supervision is provided.

Secure a Place

In order to secure a place, payment must be made on the due date as stated on the Letter of Offer. Any offer may be re-negotiated or withdrawn if no response is received by the due date.

Insurance

All students must have appropriate and current medical and travel insurance for the full period of the course, from the time they leave home to returning home.

Scholarships

International Enrolment for Academic Year 2025

Scholarship is available for International students that meet the following requirements:

Full 1 year enrolment.
To begin no later than Term 3, 2025 (starting date 14 July 2025 or before)
Year 9 or Year 10 only (14 -15 years old)
Application MUST be received by 11th April 2025 to begin enrolment no later than July 2025 academic term

Scholarship details:

$1000 NZD reduction of tuition fee

Short Term (2 to 10 weeks)

All fees apply to applications received after 1 July 2024 and apply to 1 July 2025

Enrolment Fee	$250 (non-refundable)
Tuition Fee (per week)	$575 ($525 for each extra family member)
Tuition Fee (late application)	$700 per week (for applications received within 28 days of the intended start date)
Uniform Hire	$20 per week
Uniform Bond	$100 per pupil (returned to parent when uniform is returned in an excellent condition and clean)
Homestay (if required)	$380 per week

Medium Term (11 to 30 weeks)

(all prices shown are in New Zealand Dollars)
All fees apply to applications received after 1 July 2024 and apply to 1 July 2025

Enrolment Fee	$300 (non-refundable)
Re-enrolment Fee	$100 (Enrolment fee reduction applies to pupils who are currently enrolled at ACS and apply to extend their study at ACS for a further period. There must be no break in the course of study except for a normal school holiday period when the school is closed.)
Tuition Fee (per week)	$475 ($425 for each extra family member)
Insurance	$700 (approximate cost if provided by school)
Uniform	Will need to be purchased
Homestay (if required)	$380 per week (including admin fee)
Pastoral Care	$600 (per annum)

Long Term (Full Year)

All fees apply to applications received 1 July 2024 and apply to 1 July 2025

Enrolment Fee	$300 (non-refundable)
Re-enrolment Fee	$100 (Enrolment fee reduction applies to pupils who are currently enrolled at ACS and apply to extend their study at ACS for a further period. There must be no break in the course of study except for a normal school holiday period when the school is closed.)
Tuition Fee (per year)	$14,500 ($12,500 for each extra family member)
Insurance	$700 (approximate cost if provided by school)
Uniform	Will need to be purchased
Homestay (if required)	$380 per week (part charge applies for weeks when child returns to home country on holiday/visit)
Pastoral Care	$600 (per annum)

Group

Aidanfield Christian School can take up to a maximum of 20 students per group.

Secure a Place

We operate a first in first served non-refundable deposit system. This secures the dates you require. Offers of place will have a due date for confirmation. Any offer may be renegotiated or withdrawn if no response received by the due date. Insurance All students must have appropriate and current medical and travel insurance for the full period of the course, from the time they leave home to returning home.

Costs

All costs relating to a group visit are individually costed according to your specific requirements. We are able to offer tuition, activities, sightseeing tours as well as a range of accommodation options. Please note, group quotes do not link to the cost for short term, summer study or long stay placements. There are different variables that impact on group costs.

Uniform

Group students are not required to wear Aidanfield uniform. If a group wishes to wear school uniform they will need to purchase it and wear it according to Aidanfield Christian School regulations. Students may wear their own school uniform while at Aidanfield.
